BOB LASLETT
CEO
Bob has held senior leadership roles. Notably as founder and Global CEO of International Management Consultancy Chaucer Group (1987 to 2014) and founder and Managing Director of global oil and gas services company Onstream Group (1978 to 1985).

He has over 40 years of Consulting experience having worked with and advised major corporations.
A Chartered Engineer and Honorary Fellow of the Association for Project Management, Bob is a recognised expert in project management of capital projects for the Energy, Oil & Gas,
Petrochemicals and Infrastructure Sectors.
His ‘Renewable Energy’ experience is significant and includes Green Hydrogen, Waste to Energy, Solar, Biomass and Wind Turbines both On and Offshore.

Bob’s project management experience has also included his involvement in managing and supporting some major M&A programmes in the energy sector.
ELAINE MILLER
Operations
Elaine has significant corporate administration and operational experience and is concerned with the administrative and operational functions with Laslett International including special responsibility for the production and quality management of specialist project / programme deliverables and expert witness reports.
JENNY LASLETT
Finance
Jenny was Finance Director for international services company Onstream Projects and Group Finance Director of global management consultancy Chaucer Group. Jenny has been Finance Director of Laslett International since its formation and is responsible for all finance and accounting matters.
RUPERT LASLETT
Management Consulting
Rupert was President of global management consultancy’s North American operations Chaucer America, Inc.

Previously responsible for the marketing for a global sector of Dell Software.
Rupert has significant experience and expertise in application development and technology
including the energy, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors.
​
A specialist in digital marketing especially for software and systems.
MIKE PAYNE
Technical
Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers with over 40 years’ experience of oil and gas, petrochemical and energy projects around the world.
Mike spent over 20 years with BP including senior positions in Engineering and Operations.
He has spent 10 years with Enterprise Oil (Now Shell) as Head of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality (HSSEQ).

Mike has extensive knowledge and experience throughout the engineering, procurement and
construction life cycle especially where contracts for major oil/gas construction projects, both on and offshore are concerned.
​
Mike’s experience also includes utilities, power generation, pipelines, tank farms, gas storage facilities, infrastructure projects, energy/hydro-electric and mining process plant engineering and construction.

IVAN LASLETT
Project Management
Ivan been a Project Planning Consultant, Project Co-ordinator, Project Manager and Engineering / Construction Manager for many energy (oil, gas and nuclear), infrastructure, petrochemicals, engineering and construction companies.
​
He has planned, co-ordinated, project managed and supported the successful delivery of projects in the UK, Europe, Far East and North America.
In addition to his project experience Ivan has worked in maintenance management planning and scheduling of shutdowns and outages for oil refineries, petrochemical process plants and nuclear power stations.
​
Ivan spent several years as Senior Vice President and Project Management Consultant based in the USA supporting major energy corporations in respect to project management, project reviews, project audits and project scheduling.
TOBY WILLIAMS
Project Engineering
Toby has international experience of working in Australia, Germany, and Sweden. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with an additional expertise in Electrical Power, Electronics and Fluid Dynamics – Which he has previously utilised in the development of high efficiency Portable Solar Irrigation Systems for arid climates.

Toby is responsible for technical research and project engineering for energy and infrastructure projects including all types of renewables such as Green Hydrogen, Waste-to-Energy, Solar, Biomass and Wind Turbines both on and offshore.
